Félix Lachapelle
President and Chief Executive Officer
Félix Lachapelle studied psychosociology of communication at UQAM, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from ÉTS. During his studies, he completed several internships at LC2000, and was hired full-time as a project manager in 2000. He subsequently took over from his father as a shareholder in 2002. A former Construction Manager for over 15 years, his management expertise and mediation skills proved very useful to him in directing the Construction Department. Now CEO of the Company since 2019, Félix is motivated by challenges. He loves finding solutions and solving problems.

Jacques Wazen, ING.
Vice President, Construction Director
During his studies in construction engineering at ÉTS, Jacques Wazen completed his first internship at LC2000 in 2005 while also working there part-time. Since he felt so at home, he decided to stay. In 2012, he became a shareholder in order to ensure the company’s continuity. After a number of years as a Project Manager, he was appointed Construction Director in 2019. Enthusiastic and determined, Jacques contributes to a work environment that is both effective and warm.

anthony Lamarre, ING.
Vice President, Estimation Director
Anthony Lamarre graduated in construction engineering from ÉTS in 2006 and was hired by a major construction company, where he worked until 2008, when he joined LC2000. His team spirit and management skills led him to become a shareholder in 2012. After joining the Company as a Project Manager, Anthony was appointed Estimation and Purchasing Director in 2018. Creative and energetic, Anthony is appreciated for his innovative ideas and managerial qualities.
